Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your payment. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped that will contain the tracking number and estimated delivery time based on the option chosen at checkout.
We have two delivery options for domestic deliveries (England, Wales, Scotland and N. Ireland) and one international option available at checkout. Our international delivery covers over 230 countries and territories so we likely have you covered but if you still have any questions feel free to contact us.

Domestic Delivery Options:
Standard Shipping (1- 2 Business Days) - £5
Next Day (Before 1pm) - £8.95

International Delivery:
Standard International Shipping (7 - 10 Business Days) - £14.95
Return & Exchange policy

Please note we do not currently accept returns. If the wrong item was shipped to you or the item was damaged during delivery please contact us and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.

We do accept exchanges if the item is unworn and in the original condition, within 14 days of purchase. We have the right to refuse the exchange if the item doesn't meet these conditions. If this is the case, we will return the item back to the original address.

To request an exchange please contact us on byshaqeela@gmail.com and we will give you further instructions. Please note, you will need to cover for the cost of the exchange back to us if there are no issues with the item. Please use tracked shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
